Stewart L. Cohen

Stewart L. Cohen has a reputation as one of the nation's premier trial attorneys, specializing in complex litigation, including individual and class action cases. He has been has been selected by his fellow lawyers as one of the Best Lawyers of America.

Jury verdict of $25 million dollars in a personal injury case, recognized by The National Law Journal to be one of the Top 100 Verdicts in the United States.
Lead counsel in a groundbreaking national class action settlement which reimbursed union health and welfare funds, self-insured employers, and insurers ("third-party payors"), for losses caused by the withdrawal of BaycolŽ cholesterol.
A $10 million dollar recovery for the family of a young father, killed when a tire separated from a dangerously overloaded tractor-trailer truck and crashed through the windshield of the family car.
An $8 million dollar recovery for a fire fighter and his family, where defective equipment caused serious and permanent disability.
