--------------------------------------------------------------------------------SCOTT S. BETHUNE is a founding member of the law firm of Davis, Bethune & Jones, LLC in Kansas City, MO. Mr. Bethune and his firm concentrate their trial practice in the areas of automobile/tractor-trailer litigation, lead paint litigation, product liability, professional negligence, railroad crossing litigation and mass tort litigation. Mr. Bethune received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee-Martin in 1985 and received a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1988. Mr. Bethune is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri, Kansas and Tennessee. Mr. Bethune is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri and the District of Kansas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits. He has been recognized in the Kansas City Business Journal as "Best of the Bar" by his peers as well as a "Super Lawyer" by the Missouri Kansas Super Lawyer Magazine.
