ROBERT ROTHSTEIN
Bob Rothstein was one of the founding partners of the firm in 1976. His practice focuses on all forms of complex civil and criminal litigation with an emphasis on civil rights, catastrophic injury, commercial and business torts and white-collar criminal law. He is a frequent speaker and instructor on topics of trial practice and substantive law.
Education:
Mr. Rothstein received his B.A. from the University of California in 1966, his M.A. in political science from UCLA in 1967, his C. Phil. in political science from UCLA in 1970 and his law degree from the University of California (Boalt Hall) in 1974. He also completed two years of advanced study at the Center for the Study of Law and Society at the University of California.
Prior positions:
Prior to starting this firm, Mr. Rothstein was a New Mexico Public Defender in the appellate and trial divisions.

Mr. Rothstein is admitted to practice before the New Mexico state courts, federal district courts in New Mexico, Arizona and the Western District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, New Mexico, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
