ROBERT GILCHRIST

Robert G. Gilchrist is a founding partner of Eisenberg & Gilchrist. A 1982 graduate of the University of Utah College of Law, Mr. Gilchrist has tried in excess of 50 personal injury cases. He has settled cases with a total value of over $10,000,000 as a member of Eisenberg & Gilchrist.
Mr. Gilchrist maintains a regional practice and has tried cases from Laramie, Wyoming to Vernal, Utah. He has worked nationally on cases in California and Florida. He has served on various committees for the American and Utah Bar Associations and was the primary drafter of the Model Utah Jury Instructions for Vehicular Accidents.
Mr. Gilchrist is a frequent speaker, having presented on subjects including head injury cases, asbestos litigation, private property injuries and liabilities, mock trials, and mass torts. He is one of the mentor attorneys for the Utah Learn From the Pros series and is actively involved at the University of Utah College of Law.
Mr. Gilchrist works with many community groups that assist the disadvantaged and disabled, including SPLORE and the Utah Youth Village. He served in a leadership role for the construction of the worship space at the St. Catherine of Sienna Newman Center on the University of Utah campus.
