RICHARD DONAHOO
Richard E. Donahoo is the founder of Donahoo & Associates in Orange County California and has been practicing law since admission to the California bar in 1996. Recognized as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in 2007 by the American Trial Lawyers Association Donahoo specializes in labor and employment law, business litigation, personal injury, class actions, wage and hour law and construction law.
Mr. Donahoo has litigated hundreds of cases in his career and won many large settlements for his clients though both pre-trail settlements and jury trial verdicts.
Donahoo is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association and a Bar member of the US Supreme Court. He graduated from Western State University with a J.D., cum laude in 1996, and was a member of the Western State University Law Review from 1994-1996. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University in 1987.
Donahoo earned Moot Court Best Brief and is the author of "Recovering Expert Fees: A Closer Look", first published in the California Construction Law Reporter, Vol. 3, 1996.
