PHILIP GADDY

Philip C. Gaddy: Born in Kermit, Texas, February 10, 1956. Admitted to the New Mexico Bar, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit in 1983. In 1985, Phil was admitted to the Texas Bar. Phil was a business major in college, and attended Texas Tech and the University of Texas where he obtained a B.B.A. with honors in 1979. He attended law school at Gonzaga University, the Institute of International and Comparative Law at the University of San Diego at Guadalajara, Mexico, and the University of New Mexico where he obtained his J.D. in 1982. He is or has been a member of the Attorney’s Information Exchange Group (Board of Directors 94-98), the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Directors 95-97), the Texas Trial Lawyer’s Association, Trial Lawyer’s for Public Justice, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New Mexico State Bar, and the Texas State Bar.
