PETER KESTNER
Peter Kestner has a diverse practice that includes truck and car accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, as well as business and corporate law.
Before co-founding Crawford & Kestner in 2003, Peter worked for 10 years as a claims adjuster and litigation manager with one of the largest tractor trailer insurers in the U.S. Through another insurer, he managed catastrophic claims nationwide for several notable trucking companies.
A member of the executive committee of the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, Peter has shared his truck law expertise through written articles and speeches to national audiences.
In 2008, Peter was named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine for his outstanding work in personal injury law. This prestigious award is given to the top 2.5% up-and-coming attorneys in the state, following nominations from some of the nation's most accomplished lawyers.
