NADEEM BEZAR
Philadelphia, PA
A partner at Kolsby, Gordon, Robin, Shore & Bezar, Mr. Bezar concentrates his practice on medical negligence and other cases involving catastrophic personal injuries. Recognized by the Philadelphia Legal Intelligencer as a "Rising Star Among the Minority Bar," he has a remarkable track record-including obtaining a number of seven-figure verdicts in cases that many thought could not be won. This success has allowed Mr. Bezar the privilege of being inducted into the Million Dollar Advocate Forum.
Mr. Bezar is active in a number of legal organizations. He is a member of the Board of Governors of both the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association; a member of the Board of Directors of both the Philadelphia South Asian Bar Association and the National South Asian Bar Association; and a member of the Advisory Counsel to the National South Asian Bar Association, the Philadelphia and American Bar Associations, and the Temple Law Alumni Association Executive Committee. He also participates in the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and is co-Chair for the Philadelphia Bar Association Medical Legal Committee. Mr. Bezar also serves as a Judge Pro Tempore.
Mr. Bezar is widely respected for his legal expertise and has lectured frequently on continuing legal education programs and at various seminars. Additionally, he has appeared on WTXF-TV's New Jersey Journal and on CN8 with Lynn Doyle as well as having served as a legal correspondent on New Jersey Journal, speaking on the topic of laser eye surgery.
Mr. Bezar received a B.A. from Bates College in Maine, an M.A. in engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and a J.D. degree in 1991 from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is a Robert Conwell Society contributor for the Beasley School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
