With over 20 years of legal experience in a broad range of issues, I have focused my firm on the desire to serve clients in a prompt and efficient fashion. I have been located in Minot, North Dakota since 1985 and have deep roots in the community.

With a Masters Degree in Accountancy, I am a certified public accountant which helps me understand insurance matters.

I have lived my whole life in North Dakota and Northwest Minnesota. I was born in Hallock, Minnesota and grew up in Pembina, North Dakota. I graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1979. My wife Nancy and I have been married since 1979. We have five children.
