JAMES BRANCH JR.

Jim Branch is a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist (NBTA and N.M.). He is a former law professor (U. of Denver and adjunct at UNM) has taught courses in evidence, International law, trial practice, procedure, and other subjects. He has been on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) for the past 25 years. He has authored several books, numerous law review articles and been a frequent lecturer at legal seminars. His practice involves: False Claims Act [Qui Tam (whistleblower)]; catastrophic injuries; wrongful death; medical negligence; gas explosions; structure failure; oilfield injuries; DWI/Dram-Shop; carbon monoxide poisoning; toxic torts; and insurance bad faith.
