F. TUCKER BURGE
For 25 years, Tucker Burge has represented injured individuals throughout the southeastern United States in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, trucking accidents, railroad crossing accidents, Federal Employers' Liability Act, professional negligence, insurance bad faith, dram shop, consumer fraud, and workmen's compensation. Mr. Burge is Designated Legal Counsel for a number of rail labor unions, including the United Transportation Union and TCU. Mr. Burge is a graduate of the Tulane University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts in Alabama and Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Burge has been awarded an AV-rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been recognized by the Alabama Super Lawyers 2009 and is a member of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys.
