Biography:
I am a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Kentucky. I was recruited to Abingdon by the largest firm in this area: Penn, Stuart, Eskridge and Jones. Their firm primarily defends the big name interests, including the coal companies, manufacturers and insurance companies in the region. I did defend work through July of 1993 when I left the firm and stated representing the people. I believe that my background of having represented the defense has been of great value to our clients. They trained me. I am their worst nightmare.
Born:
Morganfield, Kentucky, April 14, 1956.
